This section describes the fields used to specify the imaging exam used for this 3D printing case. Only one imaging exam may be specified. For the exam, certain fields are used to describe the anatomic area imaged or diagnosed. These anatomic descriptors (region, system, diagnosis) are specified by using the corresponding dropdown menus.

Enter the indication or diagnosis which constitutes the most significant reason for creating this 3D printed model. Only one indication may be provided.
