Fees for participating in the QCDR for MIPS reporting are listed below.  The fee is per physician and is in addition to the annual NRDR registry fees.

  • ACR member: $199 per physician per year

  • Non-member: $1,299 per physician per year


Group Reporting Discounted Rates:

  • MIPS Eligible Other Clinician: $199 per eligible clinician per year

  • Non-Radiologist Physician (not eligible for ACR membership, i.e., may be relevant for multi-specialty groups): $550 per physician per year  

MIPS Reporting Fee Invoices

MIPS Reporting Fee Invoice notifications are sent to the Corporate Administrator on January 5th, and payment is due by March 15th. Payments can be made by check or credit card


The Corporate Administrator can download a copy of the MIPS Reporting Fee invoice in the NRDR Portal via the Invoices for CMS Reporting link under the Corporate Account Management Financial menu heading.


 




Updating Physicians' MIPS Reporting Status


Practices or physicians no longer using the NRDR's QCDR for MIPS reporting must update their status via the Manage Physicians link under the Corporate Account Management Operational menu heading following one of the methods described below.

  • Individually Update a Physician's Status

Click Edit in the Action column on the Manage Physicians page, change the answer from yes to no (see screenshot below), and save the updated record.



  • Batch Update Multiple Physicians' Status

To update the MIPS reporting status of multiple physicians in a practice, click the Export Physician List button,  update the column labeled Submit Data for CMS,  and save the file. Next, click the Upload Physician Data File button to open the upload page, select Choose File, and then click the Upload button.
